Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, special-order, and modified items are final sale, except where required by law or in verified manufacturing-defect cases.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees, insurance costs, and third-party transaction fees may be non-refundable where legally permitted and as disclosed at sale.
HK Jewelry Corp warrants jewelry and watch items sold by us against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from delivery date, unless a different written warranty is provided at sale. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, loss, theft, or damage caused by improper handling. Manufacturer warranties for branded watches, when provided, remain subject to the manufacturer terms.
